4-Axis Based OD Laser Cladding Machine
This equipment is suitable for laser cladding processing of multi-variety, large-batch shaft workpieces with a weight ≤10t and length ≤20m; it features an open-structure design for quick loading and unloading of workpieces; it uses an intelligent operation control system that is simple, flexible, and convenient to operate; optional configurations include CCD molten pool monitoring, molten pool temperature closed-loop control, adaptive height following system, oscillation system, online preheating system, wire (cold wire/hot wire) components and systems, etc.
