
Inner Bore Laser Cladding Machine
This equipment is suitable for laser cladding processing of inner holes with a minimum inner diameter of 45mm, weight ≤10t, and length ≤12m workpieces. It has been widely applied in products of industries such as hydraulic cylinders, oil casings, energy storage pipelines, and screw barrels. It features an open-structure design for quick loading and unloading of workpieces; an intelligent operation control system that is simple, flexible, and convenient to use; optional configurations include CCD molten pool monitoring, molten pool temperature closed-loop control, adaptive height following system, online preheating system, and wire (cold wire/hot wire) components and systems.
