
Powder Feeder
To meet the powder feeding accuracy requirements of laser cladding, Yunding Optoelectronics mainly offers two types of powder feeders: split-type powder feeders (where the powder barrel and its control system are separate) and integrated powder feeders. Among them, the split-type powder feeder, due to its smaller powder barrel structure, is easier to integrate and can achieve an integrated structure with the motion system, avoiding issues such as unstable powder flow caused by dragging of the powder feeding tube and high powder feeding air pressure, resulting in more stable powder feeding.
Performance Features

Split-type structure
The split-type single-cylinder powder feeder adopts a split structure, and the powder feeding cylinder has a compact volume.

Motor Drive
The dual/multi-tube powder feeder is driven by dual servo motors, enabling independent powder feeding for a single tube and simultaneous powder feeding for dual tubes, with high powder transport and powder flow stability.

Intelligent Control
Enables integrated control of the control system and processing equipment (such as lasers, machine tools, etc.)

Powder Supply
Acrylic powder container (can be equipped with a powder level monitoring module) allows real-time observation of the powder level inside the container, enabling users to replenish powder promptly.

Process Requirements
Powder feed rate, shielding gas, and powder feed gas flow are precisely and continuously adjustable to meet the requirements of different laser processing technologies.

Air Pressure Threshold Alarm
When the air pressure is too low or too high, the system automatically issues an alarm and quickly cuts off the laser, ensuring safety and reliability.
